November 12 - Another special day..

With November 12 fast approaching, the preparations for the marriage are in full swing. Dad is busy making a list of all invitees making sure that no one is missed out. The hall has been booked. The menu has been decided. Cards have been printed. Shopping is almost complete. Complete!! Naaahhhhh. I still have to buy my dress.

Feels good to see all this happening around. How nice it would be to have all at one place after a long time.
2006 has been a great year with something special happening in everyone's life. November is the month for you dear. May you have a great, happy and prosperous married life.

The era of forwards

The amount of forwards that have been pouring in recently makes me wonder if the concept of originality has in fact disappeared. Forwards that spread like wild fire because of the different claims made in it does show how people in this world do not want to miss even one chance to make their life better..

Some classical example of forwards:
1) The forward that claims that papaya leaves have the healing power for dengue fever and how a boy who was hospitalised for dengue was discharged in a day after his platelet count increased after he was given papaya leaves juice by his father. Surprising, isn't it? Makes us wonder if it would really be true.
Now we know one of the nominees for nobel prize this year.

2) im pavithra am studing final yr BBM in vidhya vardhaka college . i lost my eyes. the cost 6lacs. i dnt know u bt, if u snd this sms i'll get 10p. if u hv heart plz fwd atleast 10 members. you dont neglect this is true.. may god bless u. please help her.
This makes me wonder why would anyone benefit if some xyz gets to forward some mail like this. Why would the doctors want to spend their time on tracking all the people who have forwarded the mails if in fact it is possible. Maybe this is one of the ways of making doctors net savvy.

The Angel in my Life

Her presence makes me protected. The love that she shovers on me makes me feel special. I feel important when she cares for me. If not her, its hard to imagine how life would have treated me. Her guidance when I feel that there is no way have been the strength for me.

Someone up above must have been very happy with me that He gifted her to me.

I know she deserves much better person than me coz she is the best. The best anyone could get. How much I wish I could make her happy.

Today indeed was a very special day for me when I saw the child within her. The innocence, simplicity, smile, laugh that she had on her face today will be one of the beautiful moments in my life that I will not be able to forget. Mom, do keep smiling like that. You don't know how much you mean to me. I was not able to convey this to you before, maybe I will not be able to tell this to you in future too, but believe me I love you very much. You mean a lot to me.
